Can I pay any invoice online?
Yes! You can use our onetime payment option to pay any invoice online. This is also a great option to pay for any of our services, and it's free!
Where can I find my account number?
Each Corodata service has a unique invoice. You can find the record storage service and imaging service account number in the top right corner.
Your shredding service account number begins with SD followed by a 6-digit string of numbers located on the top right corner of your invoice. Your media storage service
(also called data protection) account number can be found in the top right corner under due date.
How long does it take to post a payment to my account?
It takes 3 - 5 business days for payment to post to your account.
Do I get a confirmation email?
Yes. Once the payment transaction is completed, a receipt will be sent to you by email.
