How does it work?

  1. After a file is called for within your organization, you communicate the need to the records center as detailed as possible – like the pink odometer statement from deal # 11-98754 in Carton 12345765 in the November deals file – and we take care of the rest.
  2. The carton is pulled, the document(s) are located, scanned and emailed or ftp’d to you. Files requiring prep work to properly scan may take longer and costs vary, but it will be well worth it.
  3. If the request includes you scanning the document onto another party, we do all the work for you.
