Very nice that the driver, Ismael B., called ahead of time so I wouldn't miss him. He was very amenable to rerouting back to our office in case no one was there to let him in. I was a little panicked because there would only be two people in the office that day and we had 6 bins to pickup and exchange for empties. Could not wait to make other arrangements because we're having to clear out our office ASAP!

I worked with Donna Martin and the four stars are not in regards to her service. She is amazing if I was going to judge this solely based off of her performance she would have 5 stars. However, there was a mix up of the processing request. Instead of doing an on site service as requested they did an off site. Donna Martin was a great help in smoothing over the mix up. Which is very much appreciated. Just because of the service she gave us I am willing to use them again. I have even recommend Donna to another business in our area. Corodata has a really great employee.
