When is this change occurring?

This change will take effect on January 5, 2025. After this date, users must access Corohub through the Portal.

Why are we making this change?

Provide a centralized platform for all services. Increase security with multi-factor authentication (MFA). Improve long-term system support and maintenance. Unlock new features and enhancements for users.

If I already have a Client Portal account, what should I do?

Sign in to your Portal account. Click “Record Storage” in the menu bar then select “Corohub.” Enter your Corohub credentials when prompted (first time only.) After that, you will be automatically logged in whenever you click Corohub through the Client Portal.

How do I set up my new Client Portal account?

On this page, /portal, click “Create Your New Portal Account” Then follow the prompts to create and link your account. Watch the step-by-step setup video here: /kb/webinars/how-to-set-up-your-new-client-portal-account

What is staying the same?

All existing Corohub functionality, data, and workflows will remain the same. You will still have access to your records, reports, and core features—only the login method is changing.

What is changing?

Direct access to Corohub will be removed. Moving forward, all users will access Corohub through the Client Portal instead of logging in directly through the Corohub site.
